Divergent Futures
The problems worth solving, and the paths out of them.
Four channels, one workshop. Space, neurodivergence, a book being written in the open, and the tools built along the way — published as they're made, not once they're perfect.
Where to go
Four channels
Each one has its own site, its own writing, and its own audience. They share a workshop and a way of thinking, not a subject.
How this works
Problem → Pathway → Hope
Name it honestly
No hedging and no doom-selling. What is actually going wrong, at what scale, and how confident can we really be about that.
Find the route
The people, the research and the engineering already pushing on it — including the parts that aren't working yet, and why.
Make it usable
What a person watching can actually do with this. Hope that survives contact with the evidence is the only kind worth publishing.

- Why this site exists (and why GitHub wasn't enough) Everything gets pushed to a repository. That works beautifully for about four percent of the people who might care about it.
- Problem, pathway, hope The three-part shape behind almost everything published here, and why the third part is the one most people get wrong.

The source for most of this lives on GitHub. This site is the version for people who'd rather not read a repository.
